From Academy to Elite
Three of MOUZ’s five players—torzsi, xertioN, and Jimpphat—graduated from MOUZ NXT, the organization’s academy program. This development path created players who understand the organization’s culture and tactical philosophy intimately.
torzsi was first to make the jump in 2022, establishing himself as one of CS2’s most aggressive AWPers. His willingness to take fights that more passive players avoid creates space for his teammates and disrupts opposing setups.
xertioN and Jimpphat followed, bringing explosive firepower and remarkable composure for their age. Jimpphat, born in 2006, was just 17 when he joined the main roster—one of the youngest tier-1 players in Counter-Strike history.
The Brollan Experiment
When siuhy departed for Team Liquid in early 2025, MOUZ made an unconventional choice: moving Brollan from pure fragging to IGL duties. The Swedish rifler had no calling experience, but coach sycrone saw leadership potential.
The experiment worked. Despite lacking experience, Brollan adapted quickly, blending structured calls with mid-round flexibility. His lurk timing remains excellent, now informed by his broader understanding of round flow. MOUZ’s victory at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 validated the decision.
Spinx joined from Vitality in January 2025, providing the veteran presence and big-stage experience the young core needed. His clutch ability and calm demeanor under pressure have proven invaluable in tight matches.
2025-2026 Performance
MOUZ have established themselves as consistent contenders:

Deep runs: 4th at IEM Kraków 2026, 5th at Budapest Major 2025, multiple playoff appearances throughout 2025
Currently ranked #4 in the HLTV world rankings and #3 in Valve rankings, MOUZ are firmly established in Counter-Strike’s elite tier. Their young roster suggests even higher ceilings ahead.
